	Remove/install
	Risk of injury  to skin and eyes caused by scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning  caused by swallowing coolant.	Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.	AS20.00-Z-0001-01A
	Risk of death  caused by contact with parts conducting high voltages.	Do not touch parts which conduct high voltages. Persons who wear electronic implants (e.g. heart pacemakers) should never perform any work on the ignition system	AS15.10-Z-0001-01A
	Risk of explosion  caused by fuel igniting, risk of poisoning caused by inhaling and swallowing fuel and risk of injury to eyes and skin caused by contact with fuel. 1	Remove intercooler		AR09.41-P-6817HH
2	Remove ECI power pack		AR15.15-P-2093H
3	Remove purge line (1) on bracket (2) of ECI power pack and take hose (3) off check valve (71)		*BA15.15-P-1005-01A
4	Remove bracket (2) of the ECI power pack		*BA15.15-P-1004-01A
5	Remove the throttle valve actuator (M16/6)		AR30.20-P-1262H
6	Unscrew screws (4) from cable channel (5) on charge air manifold (6)		*BA09.41-P-1005-01G
7	Remove cable tie (arrow)
8	Disconnect electrical plug connector from right hand refrigerant compressor and cable tie	Model 240
9	Detach electrical connector from ignition module ECI, for right and left cylinder bank (N92/1, N92/2)
10	Remove ground connections (7)		*BA09.41-P-1006-01G
11	Unplug electrical plug connection from coolant temperature sensor (B11/4)
12	Unplug electrical plug connection from pressure sensor after throttle valve actuator (B28/7)
13	Unplug electrical plug connection from charge air temperature sensor (B17/8)
14	Unplug electrical plug connections from divert air switchover valve (Y101) and air pump switchover valve (Y32) on cylinder head
15	Unplug electrical plug connection from charge air regulation pressure transducer (Y31/5) on cylinder head
16	Detach electrical connectors from camshaft Hall sensor, for right and left cylinder bank (B6/2, B6/3)
17	Unplug electrical plug connections (8) of fuel injectors
18	Remove the filler neck (9) and water pipe (10) with bracket (11)		*BA09.41-P-1002-01G
19	Place electrical wiring harness to the side.
20	Remove bracket (12) on the right hand side		*BA01.30-P-1005-01G
21	Remove fuel feed line (13) from fuel distribution rail (14)		*BA07.52-P-1002-01E
22	Remove bracket (15) on left hand side		*BA01.30-P-1005-01G
23	Remove fuel distribution rail (14) with fuel injectors and lift off charge air manifold (6)	Check O-rings on fuel injectors for damage. Replace a fuel injector if O-ring is faulty. Installation:  before installing fuel distributor rail (14), lubricate O-rings on fuel injection valves.

		Defect injectors must be replaced: ↓Remove/install fuel injection valves	AR07.03-P-6520H
25	Install in the reverse order
