Remove/install divert air switchover valve - AR09.40-P-3000M

ENGINE 275 in MODEL 215, 216, 220, 221, 230 

ENGINE 285 in MODEL 240

	Remove/install
1	Remove engine trim panel	Engine 275.98	AR01.10-P-2405IM
		Engine 275.95, 285	AR01.10-P-2405LA
2	Remove right air filter housing	Model 215, 216, 220, 221, 230 without code (P99) Special model "AMG Black Series"	AR09.10-P-1150LA
		Model 240	AR09.10-P-1150H
3	Detach right charge air cooler from engine and connect with connected coolant hoses to engine hood	Do not open low temperature circuit.	AR09.41-P-6817HH
4	Remove pneumatic line (1) on divert air switchover valve (Y101)	Installation:  Check pneumatic lines (1) and hose clamps for wear and damage; replace if required.
5	Disconnect electrical connector (2) at divert air switchover valve (Y101)
6	Lift locking detent (4) and detach divert air switchover valve (Y101) in direction of travel from bracket (3)
7	Install in the reverse order
