	Remove/install
	Notes on self-locking nuts and bolts		AH00.00-N-0001-01A
1	Remove bottom engine compartment paneling	Vehicles without code (Z07) Top protection	AR61.20-P-1105SX
1	Remove bottom engine compartment paneling	Vehicles with code (Z07) Top protection	AR61.20-P-1105SXS
	Left deceleration air valve
2	Remove bolts (5) on deceleration air valve (110/4) and deceleration air valve (110/4)		*BA09.40-P-1014-01H
3	Remove left pneumatic line (4b) on deceleration air valve (110/4)	Check left pneumatic line (4b) and hose clamp for damage, replace if necessary.
	Right deceleration air valve
4	Remove air pump		AR14.30-P-7251SZ
5	Unscrew bolts (1) and remove air pump holder (2)		*BA14.30-P-1003-01B
6	Detach expansion reservoir for coolant and lay to the side with attached coolant lines		AR20.30-P-4950SX
7	Remove bolts (3) on deceleration air valve (110/4) and deceleration air valve (110/4)		*BA09.40-P-1014-01H
8	Remove right pneumatic line (4a) on deceleration air valve (110/4)	Check right pneumatic line (4a) and hose clamp for damage, replace if necessary.
9	Install in the reverse order
	Checking
10	Remove pneumatic lines (4a, 4b) from T-piece (7)	Inspect hose clamps for damage, replace if necessary.
11	Attach manual vacuum pump to pneumatic lines (4a, 4b) and apply 700 mbar vacuum to deceleration air valve (110/4)	If vacuum drops within 1 minute by no more than 50 mbar then deceleration air valve (110/4) is OK.
