X Removal of fuel tank
When a repair or partial rebuilding of the listed parts is being carried out, a supervisor must decide whether to remove the fuel tank depending on the nature and extent of the damage in each individual case.
On vehicles with fuel evaporation system, it is necessary to cover the system in the area of the feed to the ventilation system or activated charcoal reservoir with a welding protection blanket or to remove the system when performing welding work.
