General Information: 

• The glass used in special protection vehicles is much heavier than that found in production vehicles.

The following must be observed to avoid injuries: 

• Ensure that no one is injured from being pinched by windows as they are being opened and closed.
• When all windows are being closed at the same time and one windows is blocked, the closing procedure for the other windows is not automatically aborted.
• Secure windows from dropping using suitable support equipment.
• Always get the help of a second person when installing and removing windows.
• Only use the lifting tools specified by Daimler.
• Wear safety shoes.
