Detach wiring harness from connector.
Detach coupling (3) from connector.
Note color code of coupling in contact cavities.
The connection in the center console is made again after this has been performed.

Route wiring harness (1) to vehicle's own wiring harness and under the center console to the instrument panel, then fasten in place.
Do not damage the wiring harness by squeezing or pinching it.

Disconnect coupling (9) from installed interface (16) and strap down wiring harness (10) (no longer required).
Connect interface (16) with coupling (5) of iPhone wiring harness.
Reinstall interface in installation opening.
Do not damage the wiring harness by squeezing or pinching it.

Fix wiring harness (1) in place at on-board wiring harness and lead to rear in stowage compartment (see arrow in picture).
Do not damage the wiring harness by squeezing or pinching it.

Open stowage compartment (6) and remove screws/bolts (8) of lower cover (7).
Remove cover and connect wiring harness at mobile phone cradle.
Reconnect coupling of connector and assemble connector again.
Do not damage the wiring harness by squeezing or pinching it.
