Retrofit bracket for Tablet PC mount - AZ82.80-P-0003-04SX

The following work procedure is shown on the right side of the vehicle. Installation on the left side of the vehicle is performed correspondingly.

1. Cut out cutting template (11) along broken line.

   The cutting template (11) is included in the installation kit.

2. Apply cutting template (11) to head restraint and mark separating point (broken line).
3. Remove cutting template (11).

4. Cut seat cover using a knife and fix shackle (12) in place using adhesive tape (13).
5. Work out foam core and remove remaining foam.

6. Work out seat core until cross strut (14) of seat is accessible.
7. Fold shackle (12) into opening.

8. Insert silver bracket (15) into opening.
9. Insert black bracket (16) into opening.
10. Screw black bracket (16) to silver bracket (15) using screw/ bolt (17).

    Bracket (16) and bracket (15) are interlocked with the cross strut exposed in operation step  6 of the seat by means of the threaded connection. Observe tightening torque.

11. Tighten bracket with screw/bolt (18) at crossmember of seat.

    Use suitable washer and nut from delivery contents. Detach seat cover, if necessary.
