Long-life grease repair materials replaced by hot-grease

Operation step 3 paste

	Remove/install
	Notes on repairs to brake system		AH42.00-P-0003-01A
	Notes on self-locking nuts and bolts		AH00.00-N-0001-01A
1	Release parking brake	Only if removing brake disk (3) at the rear axle.
2	Detach floating caliper carrier from upright or wheel carrier	Remove/install floating brake caliper of front axle.	AR42.10-P-0070RT
		Remove/install floating brake caliper of rear axle.	AR42.10-P-0080RT
3	Remove locking bolt (2) and remove brake disk (3)	When removing brake disk (3) on rear axle: If parking brake drums are run in, turn back the adjusting mechanism of the parking brake beforehand. Otherwise the parking brake shoes may be damaged:
		See Adjust parking brake. Always replace the brake disks (3) in pairs. Apply light coating of grease to interference fit of brake disk (3). Replace locking bolt (2). After installing brake disk (3) on the rear axle: ↓	AR42.20-P-0540RT

	Checking
4	Check brake disk (3)
	Inspect condition of brake disks		AP42.10-P-4258GZ
5	Check parking brake shoes	After removing the brake disk (3) from the rear axle. Check lining thickness and condition, if necessary:↓
		Replace parking brake shoe.	AR42.20-P-0530RT
6	Install in the reverse order
