Remove/install loudspeakers in front doors - AR82.62-P-7845RT

	Radio must be switched off
	Removing
1	Remove door lining from left or right front door	Do not yet disconnect the power window electrical connector from the door control unit.	AR72.10-P-1000RT
2	Fully close window(s)
3	Disconnect power window electrical connector from the door control unit and place door lining to the side	Treat ribbon cable carefully to prevent damage.
4	Disconnect electrical connector (2) from the left front door speaker (H4/5) or from right front door speaker (H4/6)
5	Drill out rivets (1) with a dia. 4.8 mm drill bit	Cordless drill/driver	*WH58.30-Z-1007-20A
6	Pry left front door speaker (H4/5) or right front door speaker (H4/6) off of door module using long wedge and remove	Carefully pry off, otherwise the sealing strip on the flange of the left front door speaker (H4/5) or the right front door speaker (H4/6) will be damaged.

7	Remove remaining rivet material that has fallen into the door skin when drilling out the rivets (1)	Remaining rivet material must be completely removed, otherwise this can cause corrosion damage.
		Wet/dry vacuum cleaner	*WE58.40-Z-1005-03A
	Install
8	Insert left front door speaker (H4/5) or right front door speaker (H4/6) into the door module
9	Secure left front door speaker (H4/5) or right front door speaker (H4/6) to the door module using rivets	Use aluminum/steel hollow rivets, dia. 4.8 x 15 mm
		Hand riveter	*WH58.30-Z-1003-29A
10	Connect electrical connector (2)
11	Install door lining in the left or right front door		AR72.10-P-1000RT
