	Removing
	Risk of injury  caused by pinching or crushing  when working on springs or spring bodies that are under tension	Use only approved tensioning devices; shield off hazard area if necessary. Inspect special tools for damage and proper operation (visual inspection). Wear protective gloves.	AS00.00-Z-0001-01A

	When working on the front-end assembly, be careful not to scratch, mark or notch the surfaces of aluminum parts. Otherwise the service life of the parts will be affected
1	Lift/jack up vehicle		AR00.60-P-1000RT
2.1	Detach lower engine compartment paneling	Vehicles with gasoline engine.	AR61.20-P-1105RT
2.2	Remove bottom section of soundproofing	Vehicles with diesel engine.	AR94.30-P-5300RT
3	Remove bolts (2) of stabilizer bar retaining clamps (3) and then remove both stabilizer bar retaining clamps (3)	Mark installation positions.
4	Pull stabilizer bar (1) away from front axle carrier and fold downwards	Do not twist or damage the rubber boots (arrows) on the ball joints of the link rods (8).
5	Remove bolts (5) of rubber bushing retaining clamps (6) and detach rubber bushing (4) from stabilizer bar (1)	Mark installation positions.
	Checking
6	Check rubber bushing (4) for damage	Replace if necessary.
	Install
	Only tighten nuts and bolts of chassis components when vehicle is in a ready-to-drive condition.
7	Position rubber bushing (4) on stabilizer bar (1), insert bolts (5) into rubber bushing retaining clamps (6) and screw on nuts	Observe any previous markings. Do not tighten nuts of bolts (5) yet.
8	Position stabilizer bar (1) on front axle carrier together with stabilizer bar retaining clamps (3), then insert the bolts (2)	Observe any previous markings. Align stabilizer bar (1) in center. The bent ends of the stabilizer bar (1) must point downward. Insert the rubber mounts (4) in the supports (7). Do not twist or damage the rubber boots (arrows) on the ball joints of the link rods (8). Do not tighten bolts (2) yet.
9	Make sure that stabilizer bar (1), torsion bushing, torsion bushing retaining clamps and stabilizer bar retaining clamps (3) are positioned correctly	Realign if necessary.
10	Fully tighten bolts (5)		*BA32.20-P-1002-02L
11	Fully tighten bolts (2)		*BA32.20-P-1001-02L
12.1	Install lower engine compartment paneling.	Vehicles with gasoline engine.	AR61.20-P-1105RT
