	Remove
1	Switch off ignition and remove the transmitter key from the EIS [EZS] control unit	On vehicles with Keyless Go, code 889: Press keyless go start/stop button repeatedly until ignition is switched off Remove transmitter key from vehicle and store it in a location beyond its transmission range (at least 2 m).
2	Unclip clips (6) at bottom of rear center console switch module mount (1)	Mounting wedge	Figure
3	Disconnect electrical connector (2) from RCP control unit (N72/2)
4	Unscrew bolts (3)	Handymaster battery-powered drill/screwdriver	*WH58.30-Z-1007-20A
5	Remove RCP control module (N72/2)
	Install
6	Insert RCP control unit (N72/2)
7	Screw in screws (3)	Handymaster battery-powered drill/screwdriver	*WH58.30-Z-1007-20A
8	Connect electrical connector (2) to RCP control unit (N72/2)
9	Position rear center console switch module mount (1) on guides (4)	Slightly pull center console toward outside (arrows B) to prevent damage
10	Clip in rear center console switch module mount (1)	Press center console toward inside (arrows C). Ensure that guides (5) are seated correctly
11	Perform a function test
