Remove cover from radiator crossmember

Operation step 3

	Removing
	Risk of injury  caused by fingers being pinched or crushed  when removing, installing or aligning hoods, doors, trunk lids, liftgates or sliding roof	Keep body parts and limbs well clear of moving parts.	AS00.00-Z-0011-01A
1	Open engine hood		AR88.40-P-1000RT
2	Remove bolts (1)
3	Remove expansion rivets and cover from radiator crossmember	As of model year 2011.
4	Release radiator grille (4)	Push catch lugs (2) upward using a suitable tool.
5	Push lower area of radiator grille (4) toward rear and remove
	Install
6	Install radiator grille (4) in front bumper (3)	Press radiator grille (4) toward front. The catch lugs (2) should catch audibly in radiator grille (4).
7	Install bolts (1)	Adjust gap between engine hood and radiator grille (4) and front bumper (3) and radiator grille (4) and tighten bolts (1). See: ↓

		Gap between engine hood and front grille/bumper and front grille "Dimension E"	*BE60.00-P-1001-01S
