	Remove/install
	Risk of injury  caused by fingers being pinched or crushed  when removing, installing or aligning hoods, doors, trunk lids, liftgates or sliding roof	Keep body parts and limbs well clear of moving parts.	AS00.00-Z-0011-01A
1	Open engine hood and raise to vertical position	After closing the engine hood check the locking function by pulling the engine hood jerkily to the top.	AR88.40-P-1000RT
2	Switch off ignition
3	Remove partition wall between wheel wells	Only vehicles with large engine cover	AR62.30-P-2400RT
4	Detach engine cover (1) upwards (arrows) from bolt (3) and remove	Cover guides (2) with lubricant.
		Antifriction agent	*BR00.45-Z-1010-06A
5	Install in the reverse order
