	Remove/install
1	Switch off ignition and remove transmitter key from EIS [EZS] control unit	On vehicles with Keyless Go, code 889: Press keyless go start/stop button repeatedly until ignition is switched off Remove the transmitter key from the vehicle and store it at a location beyond its transmission range (at least 2 m).
2	Remove instrument panel side paneling (1)	Do not damage the dashboard.

3	Unscrew bolt (2).	Do not overtighten bolt (2).
4	Unclip rotary light switch (S1) from instrument panel	Pass rotary light switch (S1) through opening at side of instrument panel, carefully push to right slightly (arrows A) and move toward front to unclip from instrument panel (arrow B). Rotary light switch (S1) is secured in instrument panel by means of two plastic locking tabs (arrows C) and two metal clips (arrows D). Do not damage the dashboard.
5	Separate electrical connection (3)
6	Install in the reverse order
