Open tailgate |
The load compartment socket (X58/4) is located in the trim (1) at the right side of the load compartment. |

Fold up housing lid (2) |

Use pliers to release load compartment socket (X58/4) from housing (3) and to pull it out (arrow A) |
Do not turn the load compartment socket (X58/4) when pulling out
Ensure that the two guides (arrows B) are inserted in the grooves of the housing (3). (X58/4) Slide the load compartment socket into the housing (3) until it latches (arrow C). |

Separate electrical connector (4) |

Remove housing (3) from the trim (1) |
Loosen the housing (3) at the two catch lugs (5) and pull out of the trim (1). |
|

Install in the reverse order |
