	Remove/Install
	Risk of injury in the form of trapping or crushing, or even severing of limbs, if caught in windshield wiper mechanism	Always remove ignition key when working on windshield wiper mechanism.	AS82.30-Z-0001-01A
1	Switch off ignition and remove the transmitter key from the EIS [EZS] control unit	On vehicles with Keyless Go, code 889: Press keyless go start/stop button repeatedly until ignition is switched off Remove transmitter key from vehicle and store it in a location beyond its transmission range (at least 2 m).
2	Fold open cover (1)
3	Unscrew nut (2) on wiper arm (3)		*BA82.30-P-1001-01K
4	Remove wiper arm (3) in parked position	Attach the wiper arm (3) so that it points towards the right and is parallel to the lower edge of the window.

5	Install in the reverse order
