	Remove/install
	Risk of injury  caused by fingers being jammed or pinched  when removing, installing or aligning hoods, doors, trunk lid/rear-end door or sliding roof.	When moving components, ensure that no body parts or limbs are within the operating range of moving parts.	AS00.00-Z-0011-01A
1	Open engine hood		AR88.10-P-1000GZ
2	Remove right engine intake air duct
3	Disconnect charge air hose downstream of charge air cooler (3) at charge air cooler
4	Disconnect charge air hose downstream of charge air cooler (3) at engine charge air duct downstream of charge air cooler (1)	Installation:  To prevent leaks, check sealing ring and safety clip (2) for damage.
5	Install in the reverse order
	Risk of accident  caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury  caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near engine	Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not grasp hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
6	Carry out engine test run	Check leaks in the hose connections.
