  1. Mark separation points in area A and cut.
  2. Remove separated parts.
  3. Mark separation points in area B on D-ring and cut.

    IMPORTANT Dimension X1 = 195 mm. Use top edge of hole (arrow) in D-ring as reference point Cut only through one layer.

  4. Expose spot welds and continuous welds in areas C, E, F, and DA.
  5. Cut continuous welds in area C.
  6. Cut out spot welds in areas C, E, F, and DA SPECIAL TOOL .
  7. Remove separated parts.
  8. Cut one spot weld out each (arrow) in area G.

    IMPORTANT Dia. 7 mm drill bit

  9. Cut out four spot welds in area G SPECIAL TOOL .

  10. Expose spot welds on both sides of vehicle in areas H, I and J and cut out SPECIAL TOOL .

    IMPORTANT Cut out lower spot weld in area I through two layers.

  11. Expose spot welds in area K and cut out SPECIAL TOOL .
  12. Mark separation points in areas L and M on spare wheel recess and cut.

    IMPORTANT Cut only through one layer along longitudinal member and crossmember.

  13. Remove separated spare wheel recess.
  14. Expose spot welds in area N on both sides of the vehicle and cut out SPECIAL TOOL .

    IMPORTANT Cut only through one layer along longitudinal member and crossmember
