- Grind connection surfaces down to bare metal in shaded areas B, O and EB on one side.
- Grind connection surfaces in remaining shaded areas on both sides.
- Remove grinding and cutting chips with wet/dry vacuum cleaner.
- Coat insides of spot welding flange (except areas B, O, EB and GB) with zinc dust paint.
