	Remove/install
	Risk of explosion  caused by ignition of flammable products, risk of poisoning  caused by inhaling fuel vapors or swallowing fuel as well as risk of injury  to skin and eyes exposed to fuel.	No fire, sparks, open flames or smoking. Only pour fuels into suitable and appropriately marked containers. Wear protective clothing when handling fuel.	AS47.00-Z-0001-01A
1	Remove engine trim panel with integrated air filter (1)	Remove by pulling vertically up and off the cylinder head covers.
2	Unbolt clamp (3)
3	Remove plastic cover (4)
4	Release fuel pressure from service-valve (2)	Make sure to collect fuel.

5	Unscrew flow pipe (6)	Make sure to collect fuel.

6	Remove bolts (7)
7	Lift fuel distributor (5) together with injectors from intake manifold	Inspect O-rings for damage. If O-rings are faulty, replace the injector. Oil O-rings before installing the fuel rail.
	Checking
8	Test fuel injectors (Y62)	Refer to GW-DH-Engine Band 1 If necessary after checking: ↓
		Remove/install injection valves (ME-SFI)	AR07.03-P-6520A
9	Install in the reverse order
