Remove/install charge air duct downstream of charge air cooler - AR09.50-P-8680T

	Remove/Install
	Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between the columns of the lifting platform and position the four support plates below the hoist support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
1	Remove bottom sections of sound-proofing capsule		AR94.30-P-5300T
2	Remove the charge air hose downstream of the charge air cooler (3)	Installation:  Check the hose and the sealing rings for damage and replace if necessary to prevent leaks. Ensure the locking clamps are exactly installed. Traces of oil or small quantities in the charge air hose come from the crankcase ventilation and are permissible.
3	Disconnect the electrical connector at the charge air temperature sensor (B17/8)	Do not lock or unlock the charge air temperature sensor (B17/8) with the connector inserted, otherwise the snap-in brackets will be overstretched. If the snap-in brackets are defective, replace the charge air temperature sensor (B17/8), see: ↓
		Remove/install charge air temperature sensor	AR09.41-P-2002P
4	Dismount muffler (5) from charge air duct downstream of charge air cooler (4)	For this step, unscrew bolts (1).
5	Remove the charge air duct downstream of the charge air cooler (4)	Start by removing bolts (2).
6.1	Remove charge air temperature sensor (B17/8)	Only when replacing the charge air duct downstream of the charge air cooler (4)	AR09.41-P-2002P
7	Install in the reverse order
