	Remove/Install
	Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling from the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between the columns of the lifting platform and position the four support plates below the support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
1	Remove bottom section of sound-proofing capsule		AR94.30-P-5300T
2	Detach charge air hoses (110/5) from charge air cooler (110/2); to do this, release the securing clamps	Installation:  To prevent leakage, inspect sealing rings for damage and replace if required. Ensure that the securing clamps are fitted correctly. Small quantities of oil and oil marks in the charge air hoses are normal, and are due to the crankcase ventilation.
3	Unclip charge air cooler (110/2) from the lower mounts (1)
4	Take out charge air cooler (110/2) with air scoop (110/9) downwards from the upper mounts (2)	To avoid damaging the air scoop when removing, the bumper covering must be pressed forward slightly at the bottom. Carefully press the bumper covering forward, in order to avoid damage.
5	Install in the reverse order
