Remove, install inlet port shutoff actuator motor - AR09.20-P-1313TU

ENGINE 648.961 in MODEL 211.026 /226 with CODE (494a) USA version

	Remove/Install
	Risk of death  cased by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between the columns of the hydraulic hoist and position the four support plates below the hoist support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
1	Turn key in electronic ignition switch control unit to position "0"
2	Raise vehicle with lifting platform
3	Remove bottom part of rear noise encapsulation		AR94.30-P-5300T
4	Remove support (1)	Bolt of support to charge air distribution pipe	*BA09.41-P-1004-01A
		Bolt of support to engine bracket	*BA09.41-P-1005-01A
5	Pry off strut (2) from ball head (3)
6	Disconnect electrical connector at intake port shutoff motor (M55)
7	Unscrew bolts (4) and take out intake port shutoff motor (M55)		*BA09.41-P-1007-01A
	Check
8	Check flaps of intake port shutoff	The flaps must open and close easily, in case of complaints: ↓
		Replace charge air distribution pipe	AR09.41-P-1310TA
9	Install in the reverse order
10	Read out DTC memory	Diagnosis system STAR DIAGNOSIS	*WH58.30-Z-1048-13A
	Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS, interrogate fault memory		AD00.00-P-2000-04A
