Retrofit telephone console - AZ82.70-P-0001-01T

Align mounting plate (10) on telephone console (12) as illustrated and drill hole pattern (diam. = 2 mm).
Screw mounting plate (10) to telephone console (12) using provided sheet metal screws (11).
Top screw is shorter.

Attach CTEL holder (1) and lead wires out at bottom (arrow) of telephone console (12).
