Retrofit Bluetooth module bracket - AZ82.70-P-0014-02T

Connection scheme

1. Mark holes for Bluetooth module bracket on center console (7).

   Dimensions: 

   1. = 135 mm
   2. = 212 mm
   3. = 20 mm
2. Drill Ø 4 mm holes.

   Angle handheld power drill gotis://G_58.0_01.2 

   The drilling depth must not exceed a maximum of 8 mm, as otherwise the center console (7) or the front passenger seat may be damaged.

3. Connect black 4-pin connector (3.2) of on-board wiring harness for Bluetooth module (3) to black 4-pin coupling (6.2) of vehicle wiring harness (6) and by doing so connect the cell phone separation point.

   The on-board wiring harness for Bluetooth module (3) was connected to the Bluetooth module (A34/7).

4. Connect violet connector (2.2) for Bluetooth module antenna line holder (2) with violet coupling (6.1) of vehicle wiring harness (6) and by doing so connect the Bluetooth module connector.

5. Connect black 4-pin coupling (5.2) of extension for Bluetooth module wiring harness (5) to Bluetooth module (A34/7).
6. Insert Bluetooth module (A34/7) into Bluetooth module holder (1) and route antenna line for Bluetooth module (4), and the extension for the Bluetooth module wiring harness (5), as shown, into the guide (arrow A).
7. Tighten Bluetooth module (A34/7) with screw/bolt (8) on Bluetooth module holder (1).

8. Connect black 4-pin connector (5.1) of extension for Bluetooth module wiring harness (5) with black 4-pin coupling (3.1) of previously installed on-board wiring harness for Bluetooth module (3).
9. Connect violet connector (4.1) of Bluetooth module antenna line (4) with violet coupling (2.1) of previously installed Bluetooth module antenna line holder (2).

10. Expose wiring harness for illumination of stowage compartment in center console from holders (9.1) of covering (9).
11. Unclip illumination for stowage compartment in center console (11) from covering (9) and remove.
12. Clip illumination for stowage compartment in center console (11) into new covering (10).
13. Hook wiring harness for illumination of stowage compartment in center console into holders (10.1) of covering (10).

14. Insert covering (10) into stowage compartment in center console and clip into place.
15. Connect electrical connector (11.1) for illumination of stowage compartment in center console.

    The electrical connector (11.1) was disconnected when removing the Bluetooth module.

16. Clip covering (12) into holders (arrows B). While doing so, route the extension for the Bluetooth module's wiring harness (5) and the Bluetooth module antenna line (4) through the cutout (arrow C).
17. Place mounting console (1) with Bluetooth module into stowage compartment in center console.
18. Slide extension for Bluetooth module wiring harness (5) and Bluetooth module antenna line (4) under the covering (12) until only 50 mm protrude.

19. Align mounting console (1) with Bluetooth module (A34/7) with the previously made holes and tighten using screws/bolts (14) included in the parts kit.

    Make sure that the extension for the Bluetooth module wiring harness and the Bluetooth module antenna line are routed into the guide (arrow D) of the mounting console (1), as otherwise the mounting console (1) could be damaged when tightening.

20. Place covering (13) into stowage compartment in center console and clip in the previously removed holder.
21. Fasten extension for Bluetooth module wiring harness and the Bluetooth module antenna line using black felt tape under the mounting console (1) on the center console.
