Install outer part of rear center section and weld in - AR64.20-P-1000-10TA

TEST VALUES FOR GAPS ON HOODS, DOORS AND LIDS

  1. Install bottom rear center, taillamps, spacers and striker eye.
  2. Check gaps and adjust:

    rear fender to taillamp

    taillamp to rear fender

    taillamp in rear door to taillamp

    rear window to D-pillar

    IMPORTANT Use feeler gage.

  3. Fit outer part of rear center section (hole and form fit) and fasten with clamping pliers.

    IMPORTANT Screws are used for fastening outer part of rear center section.

  4. Weld in rear center section with POLARIZATION RESISTANCE SINGLE-ROW SPOT WELD (areas A, B, C, D, E, F, and G).
