Remove gluing residues (area E).

Remove gluing residues (areas A, B, C and D).
Install rear wall (1) and fasten with clamping pliers .
Drill dia. 6.5 mm holes for manual temporary fasteners and fasten in rear wall (1) (areas A, B, C and D).
Fasten rear wall (1) with manual temporary fasteners .
Drill remaining holes with dia. 6.5 mm bit (areas A, B, C and D).

Drill dia. 6.5 mm rivet holes (area E).
Remove rear wall (1) and deburr rivet holes on both sides (areas A, B, C, D and E).
Remove grinding and drilling chips using wet/dry vacuum cleaner.
Apply DP 490 2-component adhesive to rear wall (1).
Observe preliminary treatment of surfaces to be bonded.

Refer to the manufacturer's information for the curing and working times of the adhesive.
Install rear wall (1) and fasten with manual temporary fasteners .
