	Remove
	Risk of death caused by being drawn into rotating vehicle parts	Do not insert your hand into rotating parts. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Secure area of rotating vehicle components against unauthorized access.	AS00.00-Z-0004-01A

1	Open engine hood		AR88.40-P-1000TX
2	Remove cover on engine front face (1)
3	Remove engine intake air ducts (2)	On left and right.
4	Remove poly-V-belt for supercharger		AR13.21-P-1202TZ
	Risk of death caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between the columns of the lifting platform and position the four support plates at the lifting platform support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
5	Remove lower engine compartment paneling	Only the front part.	AR61.20-P-1105TX
6	Loosen poly-V-belt (5) and remove	Loosen poly-V-belt from below, to do so swivel the tensioning pulley (3) at the hexagon (4) in anti-clockwise direction. Lock tensioning pulley (3) with a suitable drift.
	Checking
7	Inspect belt pulley sections and tensioning device for damage and dirt
8	Check poly-V-belt (5)
	Check poly-V-belt in visible area for wear		AP13.22-P-1352TZ
	Install
9	Fit on poly V-belt (5), tension	Do not use any belt wax or similar products, as this decreases the mileage of the poly-V- belt. Start in numerical order of the relevant running diagram at tensioning pulley (3), refer to: ↓

10	Install lower engine compartment paneling		AR61.20-P-1105TX
11	Fit on poly V-belt of compressor, tension	Do not use belt wax or similar products otherwise the poly-V-belt may slip.	AR13.21-P-1202TZ
12	Install engine air intake ducts (2)	On left and right.
13	Install cover on engine front face (1)
	Risk of accident caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the running engine	Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not grasp hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
14	Crank the engine and check the belt run
