Remove/install engine oil cooler - AR18.30-P-1000TY

	Remove/install
	Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between the pillars of the lifting platform and position the four support plates at the lifting platform mounting points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
1	Raise vehicle with vehicle lift		AR00.60-P-1000TX
2	Remove front and center sections of lower engine compartment paneling	Install engine compartment paneling only after engine test run.	AR61.20-P-1105TX
3	Undo bolts (1) at engine oil cooler (2) and catch engine oil	Allow oil lines and engine oil cooler to run empty.
		Oil line to additional oil cooler	*BA18.30-P-1011-01B
4	Remove oil lines (3) and close	Install new seal in order to avoid oil loss.
		Set of stop plugs	Figure
5	Undo nuts (4) of bracket (5)	Bracket is threaded on right side only and riveted on the left.
		Nut, bracket to low temperature radiator	*BA18.30-P-1012-01B
6	Pull engine oil cooler (2) out of the bracket (5) on the left and remove	Check rubber rings for damage. Moisten rubber rings slightly with antifriction agent.
		Lubricant paste	*BR00.45-Z-1002-06A
7	Install in the reverse order
8	Check engine oil level and correct if required	The vehicle must be on a level surface otherwise false measurements will occur.	AR18.00-P-3035-01CC

	Risk of accident  caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury  caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the engine as it is running	Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself. 9	Conduct engine test run and check engine for leaks while it is running	In the event of oil loss determine and eliminate cause, otherwise malfunctions, transmission damage, and serious environmental pollution may occur.
