	Removing
	Notes on self-locking nuts and bolts		AH00.00-N-0001-01A
	While working on the rear axle care must be taken to ensure that the surface of all aluminum components do not get any scratches, cracks and notches. Otherwise the service life of the parts will be affected
	Always repair front rubber mount (2) in pairs
	The following tools are required from the extraction and insertion tools: thrust piece (06)221 589 00 43 06, thrust piece (08)221 589 00 43 08, support (07)221 589 00 43 07, Support (09)221 589 00 43 09, spindle (010) 221 589 00 43 10 and sleeve (011)221 589 00 43 11		221589004300
1	Secure vehicle on lifting platform		AR00.60-P-0100SX
2	Remove rear wheels.
	Remove/install wheels		AP40.10-P-4050SX
3	Remove exhaust system as of flange connection	Engine 156, 272, 273, 275	AR49.10-P-7100SX
		Engine 642, 629	AR49.10-P-7100SXI
4	Detach propeller shaft from rear axle center assembly (50)		AR41.10-P-0050-03SX
5	Prop up rear axle carrier (4) on rear axle center assembly (50) using transmission jack and transmission platform	Transmission platform Transmission jack
6	Remove bolts (3s)
7	Unscrew bolts (2s) and remove stops (3)
8	Lower the rear axle carrier (4)
9	Mark installation position of rubber mount (2) at the recess (arrow, second picture, left enlarged detail)	The cutout is visible from above when the rear axle carrier (4) is lowered and faces towards the rear of the vehicle.
10	Attach thrust piece (06), support (07), spindle (010) and sleeve (011) with hollow cylinder (015) and retaining belt (012) to rubber mount (2) of rear axle carrier (4)	Mount support (07) with inclined side (arrow, second picture in right magnifying glass) in direction of travel.

11	Connect hand pump using hydraulic hose (013) on hollow cylinder (015)		*652589003321

12	Press rubber mount (2) out of rear axle carrier (4)	While pressing out relieve the pressure 1-2 times at the hand pump so that the rubber lip of the rubber bushing (2) is not jammed between the rear axle carrier (4) and thrust piece (06). The rear axle carrier (4) will otherwise be damaged.
	Install
13	Coat new rubber mounts (2) with rubber assembly fluid		*BR00.45-Z-1010-06A
14	Attach thrust piece (08), support (09), spindle (010) and sleeve (011) with hollow cylinder (015) and retaining belt (012) to rubber mount (2) of rear axle carrier (4)		652589003322

15	Press rubber mount (2) into rear axle carrier (4)
16	Raise rear axle carrier (4).
17	Attach stops (3) and screw in bolts (2s)		*BA35.10-P-1001-01M
18	Screw in bolts (3s)		*BA35.10-P-1008-01M
19	Mount propeller shaft onto rear axle center assembly (50)		AR41.10-P-0050-04SX
20	Install exhaust system as of flange connection	Engine 156, 272, 273, 275	AR49.10-P-7100SX

21	Fit rear wheels
	Remove/install wheels		AP40.10-P-4050SX
