Remove/install pressure sensor throttle valve actuator - AR07.04-P-0101H

ENGINE 275 in MODEL 215, 216, 220, 221, 230 Pressure sensor upstream of throttle valve actuator 

ENGINE 285 in MODEL 240 Pressure sensor upstream of throttle valve actuator

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
DANGER Risk of injury  caused by fingers being pinched or crushed  when removing, installing or aligning hoods, doors, trunk lids, tailgates or sliding roof. Keep body parts and limbs well clear of moving parts. AS00.00-Z-0011-01A
1 Remove engine trim panel Engine 275.95, 285 AR01.10-P-2405LA
Engine 275.98 AR01.10-P-2405IM
2 Disconnect electrical connector (1)    
3 Unscrew bolts (3) and take out pressure sensor upstream throttle valve actuator (B28/6) toward top TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA07.04-P-1002-01C 
4 Remove pneumatic hose (2) on pressure sensor upstream of throttle valve actuator (B28/6) IMPORTANT Do not dismount pneumatic hose (2) at charge air cooler.
IMPORTANT Attach hose clamp.
 
5 Install in the reverse order
