Clean sealing surfaces on front cover and cylinder head - added

Step 8

	Remove/install
1	Drain coolant at radiator		AR20.00-P-1142H
2	Remove right cylinder head cover (1)		AR01.20-P-5014H
3	Remove coolant thermostat housing (2)		AR20.10-P-2710M
4	Remove poly-V belt	Model 215, 220, 230	AR13.22-P-1202L
		Model 216, 221	AR13.20-P-0001SZ
5	Remove guide pulley (3)		*BA01.30-P-1002-01G
6	Detach pneumatic lines (4, 5) from air injection (6) air shutoff valve	Check condition of the pneumatic lines (4, 5); replace if required.
7	Remove bolts (7) and remove right front cover (8)	Bolts (7, 7 pieces)
		Installation: Replace gasket (9) and O-ring (10). Note sealant path on front cover (8): ↓
		Application of sealant to front cover on cylinder head	AH01.30-P-1000-02C

		Loctite sealant 5970	*BR00.45-Z-1013-01A
	Clean
8	Clean the sealing surfaces on front cover (8) and cylinder head	Do not use any sharp-edged tools or abrasive paper as this will damage the sealing surfaces.	AR01.00-P-0050-01A
		Loctite 7200	*BR00.45-Z-1038-04A
		Cleaning spray, Loctite 7063 (150ml)	*BR00.45-Z-1046-04A
9	Install in the reverse order
