	Remove/install
	Risk of injury  to skin and eyes caused by scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning  caused by swallowing coolant.	Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.	AS20.00-Z-0001-01A
1	Drain coolant at radiator		AR20.00-P-1142H
	Notes on coolant		AH20.00-N-2080-01A
2	Remove air shutoff valve		AR14.30-P-7200H
3	Remove coolant line (1) from housing top section (6) and place to one side	Installation:  Install new seal ring (2)
			*BA20.10-P-1005-01C
			*BA20.10-P-1006-01C
4	Screw out bolt (4), remove temperature probe for coolant (B11/4) with holder from upper part of housing (6) and lay it to one side	Installation:  Replace sealing ring (3).

5	Remove bolts (5) and remove upper part of housing (6)	Installation:  Replace seal (7).

6	Remove coolant thermostat (8) from housing top section (6)
7	Install in the reverse order

8	Inspecting cooling system for leaks	Model 215, 220, 230, 240	AR20.00-P-1010HA
		Model 216, 221	AR20.00-P-1010SX
	Risk of accident  caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury  caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the engine as it is running	Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself. 9	Conduct engine test run and check engine for leaks
