	Remove/install
	Notes on avoiding damage to electronic components due to electrostatic discharge		AH54.00-P-0001-01A
1.1	Buffer basic data of the PTS control unit (N62) in STAR DIAGNOSIS	When installing new Parktronic control unit (N62). Installation  : Transfer the temporarily stored basic data to the new Parktronic control unit (N62).
	Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory		AD00.00-P-2000-04A
		STAR DIAGNOSIS diagnostic system	*WE58.40-Z-1013-06A
2	Switch off ignition and withdraw transmitter key or Keyless Go start/stop button from the EIS [EZS] control unit	Keyless Go start/stop button only for vehicles with code (889) Keyless Go.
3	Remove spare tire well panel, loosen panel in side of luggage compartment and move to one side until PTS control unit (N62) is accessible		AR68.30-P-4600SX
4	Undo nut (1), unscrew nut (2), remove bracket (3) and place to one side with lines still attached
5	Separate electrical connectors on the PTS control unit (N62)
6	Remove PTS control unit (N62)
7	Install in the reverse order
