Remove/install stabilizer bar on front axle - AR32.20-P-0300P

REMOVING Removing     
DANGER Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform. Align vehicle between the columns of the lifting platform and position the four support plates at the lifting platform support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer. AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
NOTES Notes on self-locking nuts and bolts All models AH00.00-N-0001-01A
1 Raise vehicle   AR00.60-P-1000P
2.1 Remove underfloor panels Model 209.4  
3.1 Remove diagonal struts (6) from front axle carrier Model 209.4
IMPORTANT Remove bolts of diagonal struts (6) from front axle carrier and from underfloor.		  
4.1 Remove stiffening plate (3) Model 209.4
IMPORTANT Remove bolts (2, 4, 5) and remove stiffening plate (3).		  
5 Detach stabilizer bar (10) from the link rods (10a) IMPORTANT Ensure that the rubber boot is not twisted or damaged.
IMPORTANT Counterhold the ball head bolts on the link rods (10a).		  
6 Detach stabilizer bar (10) from front axle carrier    
INSPECT Checking     
7 Detach rubber mount of stabilizer bar (10) and check IMPORTANT Replace rubber mounts if necessary.  
INSTALLING Install     
8 Install stabilizer bar (10) on front axle carrier NOTES Do not use any grease or anti-friction agent otherwise the rubber mount may be damaged.  
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA32.20-P-1003-02B 
9 Install stabilizer bar (10) on link rods (10a) IMPORTANT Counterhold the ball head bolts on the link rods (10a).  
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA32.20-P-1002-02B 
10.1 Install stiffening plate (3) Model 209.4
IMPORTANT Position stiffening plate (3) and screw in bolts (2, 4, 5).		  
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA33.10-P-1002-01H 
11.1 Install diagonal struts (6) on front axle carrier Model 209.4
IMPORTANT Only contact bolts of diagonal struts (6) to prevent tensions in the chassis.		  
12.1 Install underfloor panelings Model 209.4  
13 Lower vehicle   AR00.60-P-1000P
14.1 Tighten bolts on diagonal struts (6) Model 209.4
IMPORTANT When tightening the bolts on the diagonal struts (6), ensure that the vehicle is standing on its wheels.
