Connecting and disconnecting tester at rear axle level controller - AR32.30-P-0530-01A
Render the hydraulic system pressureless before commencing work on system. Wear protective clothing and eye protection.

- Install test hose (038e) and bleed screws (038n) on distributor (038r) of the tester (038).
- Unscrew drain plug from suspension-control module (3).
- Use test hose (038e) to connect tester (038) to fitting (S2) on suspension-control module (3).

- Install test hose (038g) and bleed screws (038n) on distributor (038r) of the tester (038).
- Unscrew drain plug from suspension-control module (3).
- Use test hose (038g) to connect tester (038) to fitting (A) on suspension-control module (3).
- Attach discharge hose to the bleed screw (038n) on the tester (038).
- Slowly open the bleed screw (038n) and allow the fluid to drain into a clean container.
The fluid can subsequently be refilled into the system for continued use.
- Reclose the bleed screw (038n).
- Disconnect tester (038) with test hose.
- Screw the drain plug back into the suspension-control module (3), tightening to specified torque.
