Winter tires with speed index V 

On model 203.2, the permissible axle load of the vehicle (as per paragraph 16 of the vehicle registration) takes up the whole of the maximum load rating of tires of size

215/45 R 17 91 V M&S EXTRA LOAD . 

Because of the permissible axle load, the permissible top speed must be reduced. For this reason it is absolutely essential to affix a speed limit notice "max. 210 km/h" (max. 130 mph) in the driver's field of view and to advise the customer accordingly.
