1	Fault code	P1420 Air pump changeover valve (Y32) P1453 Air pump relay in the fuse and relay module
2	Fault storage	Following the expiry of the test duration and fault
	Activation of the engine diagnosis (EURO3/4) or CHECK ENGINE (MIL) malfunction indicator lamp	Following two consecutive driving cycles with fault
3	Frequency of the test	Continuously
4	Checked signal or status	The voltage supply of the air pump relay in the fuse and relay module and the air pump changeover valve (Y32) are evaluated by measuring the current in the relevant output stage.
5	Fault setting conditions
	Limit values	Secondary air injection OFF  : A maximum of 3 V may be present at the output Secondary air injection ON  : At least 9 V must be present at the output
