  1. Mark separation points on B-pillar (area A) as well as on side longitudinal member (areas B - E).

    IMPORTANT Mark separation points with cutting templates.

    NOTES Separation point E is offset approx. 50 mm from separation point B in direction of B-pillar.

    NOTES Separation point D is off set approx. 250 mm from separation point C in direction of B-pillar.

  2. Separate separation points with body saw (areas C and D).

    NOTES Do not damage longitudinal member below.

  3. Expose spot welds in between and cut out with spot weld cutter.
  4. Remove longitudinal members.

  5. Expose spot welds and cut out with spot weld cutter (areas G).
  6. Detach reinforcement below.
  7. Mark separation point (area F).

    NOTES Separation point F is offset approx. 50 mm from separation point C in direction of B-pillar.

  8. Separate separation points with body saw (area F).

    NOTES Do not damage reinforcement below.

  9. Completely cut separation point with body saw (area A).

  10. Cut separation point with body saw (area B).

    IMPORTANT Do not damage longitudinal member below.

  11. Completely cut separation points with body saw (area E).
  12. Expose spot welds in between and cut out with spot weld cutter.

  13. Expose spot welds and cut out with spot weld cutter (areas J and O).
  14. Separate inner B-pillar with body saw (areas G).
  15. Cut out spot welds with spot weld cutter (area H).
  16. Remove inner B-pillar (section).
  17. Cut out spot welds with spot weld cutter (area I).
  18. Completely remove B-pillar with side longitudinal member.

  19. Mark side roof paneling (area K).
  20. Cut out side roof paneling with body saw (area K).
  21. Cut out spot welds with spot weld cutter (area N).

    IMPORTANT Spot welds in areas N are two-layered.

  22. Remove roof paneling section.
  23. Cut out spot welds with spot weld cutter (area L).
  24. Remove B-pillar reinforcement.

  25. Cut out spot welds with spot weld cutter (area M).
  26. Remove inner B-pillar.
