  1. Mark separation points (areas A and B).
  2. Cut separation points with body saw (areas A and B).
  3. Expose spot welds (areas C and D).
  4. Cut out spot welds with SPECIAL TOOL spot weld milling cutter (areas C and D).

  6. Mark cutting points (area I).
  7. Separate at cutting point with body saw (area I).
  8. Expose spot welds (area J).
  9. Cut out spot welds with SPECIAL TOOL spot weld milling cutter (area J).

  11. Mark separation point (area E).
  12. Cut separation point with body saw (area E).
  13. Expose spot weld (area F).
  14. Cut out spot welds with SPECIAL TOOL spot weld milling cutter (area F).
  15. Remove connection support section.

  17. Expose spot welds (areas G and H).
  18. Cut out spot welds with SPECIAL TOOL spot weld milling cutter (areas G and H).
  19. Remove main floor.

  21. Expose spot welds (area K).
  22. Cut out spot welds with SPECIAL TOOL spot weld milling cutter from top (area K).
  23. Expose spot welds (area L).
  24. Cut out spot welds with SPECIAL TOOL spot weld milling cutter from bottom of vehicle (area L).

  26. Expose spot welds (areas J, N and O).
  27. Cut out spot welds with SPECIAL TOOL spot weld milling cutter (areas J, N and O).
  28. Expose spot welds (area M).
  29. Cut out spot welds with SPECIAL TOOL spot weld milling cutter and spherical milling cutter (area M).
  30. Expose spot welds (area P).
  31. Cut out spot welds with SPECIAL TOOL spot weld milling cutter (area P).
  32. Remove sections.

  34. Sand connection surfaces down to bare metal in the shaded areas.

    IMPORTANT Sand spot weld flanges down to bare metal on both sides.

  36. Sand connection surfaces down to bare metal in the shaded areas.

    IMPORTANT Sand spot weld flanges down to bare metal on both sides.

  37. Remove grinding and drilling chips using wet/dry vacuum cleaner.
  38. Coat insides of spot weld flanges with zinc dust paint.
