  1. Mark separation cut on new part with aid of template and cut with body saw (area C).
  2. Mark separation cut on new part and cut with body saw (area B). Dimension : X= approx. 12 cm
  3. Grind connection surfaces on new part down to bare metal (areas A, B and C).
  4. Grind spot welding flanges in shaded areas down to bare metal on both sides. Coat inside of spot welding flanges with zinc dust paint
  5. Drill 7 mm dia. holes in new part (area D).
  6. Punch 6 mm dia. holes for riveting (area I).
