  1. Fit inner longitudinal member and fasten with clamps.
  2. Weld in inner longitudinal member with SHIELDED GAS SEAM WELD (areas S).
  3. Weld in inner longitudinal member with SHIELDED GAS PLUG WELD (areas J, N and Q).
  4. Grind inert gas welds down flat on inside and outside (area S).

  5. Apply MB body sealant (area U).

  6. Fit main floor and fasten with clamps.
  7. Rivet main floor with Polygrip flat head rivets dia. 6.4x14 mm (area U).
  8. Weld in main floor with SHIELDED GAS PLUG WELD (areas A, G, H, K and P).
  9. Weld in main floor with SHIELDED GAS SEAM WELD (area R).
  10. Grind plug welding down flat (area P).

  11. Shown on model 203.0 

    Dimensions: 

  12. Fit and attach connection support with aid of front cross member.
  13. Remove front cross member.
  14. Weld in connection carrier with SHIELDED GAS PLUG WELD (areas F and P).
  15. Weld in connection carrier with POLARIZATION RESISTANCE SINGLE-ROW SPOT WELD (area W).
  16. Weld in main floor with POLARIZATION RESISTANCE SINGLE-ROW SPOT WELD (area V).

    Dimensions: 

  18. Position front cross member and rear cross member and fasten.
  19. Weld in cross member with SHIELDED GAS PLUG WELD (areas C and D).
  20. Weld in cross member with POLARIZATION RESISTANCE SINGLE-ROW SPOT WELD (areas X and Y).
  21. Weld in main floor with SHIELDED GAS SEAM WELD (area Z).
