  1. Separate rear outer wheelhouse with body saw (areas A and B)
  2. Expose spot welds and cut out (areas C and D).
  3. Expose spot welds on inside of vehicle and cut out (areas E, F, J and K).

  4. Expose spot welds and cut out (areas G, H and L).

  5. Expose spot welds and cut out (areas M - R).
  6. Heat up C - D-pillar in shaded areas with hot air blower.

    IMPORTANT Shaded areas are filled with foam.

  7. Remove C-D-pillar.

  8. Grind connection surfaces down to bare metal in shaded areas. Grind spot welding flanges down to bare metal on both sides
  9. Remove grinding and drilling chips using wet/dry vacuum cleaner.
  10. Coat insides of spot welding flanges with zinc dust paint.
