- Unclip covers for sun visor pivot bearing (4) from new make-up mirror illumination wiring harness (2) and install sun visor pivot bearing (4) on new headliner (1), then clip in covers.
Observe routing of electrical connections (10) to overhead control panel control module. The old headliner (1) serves as a guide for routing the wiring harness.
- Route new make-up mirror illumination wiring harness (3) and glue with approx. 10 cm long strip of adhesive tape at a distance of approx. 10 cm onto new headliner (1)
Press strips of adhesive tape on sufficiently, otherwise the make-up mirror illumination wiring harness (3) can loosen.
- In the area of the new installation frame, connect right and left electrical connector for new make-up mirror illumination wiring harness (3) with left and right illumination for make-up mirror, then clip left and right make-up mirror illumination into new installation frame.
