Converting front bumper - AZ88.00-P-0001-02N

Preparation 

1. Remove standard bumper.
2. Remove headlamp (1).
3. Remove inner section (2), impact absorber (3), PTS wiring harness (4), mounting rails (5).

   Remove towing lug cover (7), trim ring (6) on window cleaning system.

4. Remove protective strips (8), license plate molding (10), vent grille (9).

Assembling 

5. Cut wheelhouse inner paneling on left and right at marked points.
6. Clip temperature sensor into center vent grille.
7. Reassemble and install bumper in opposite order.

   When installing right and left vent grille, observe the following:

   Vent grilles with Q-status 1 are fastened to the front bumper paneling with three clips each, vent grilles with Q-status 2 with four clips each.

   The outer clip at top is eliminated on vent grilles with Q-status 1.
