1. 18-pin connector is connected when installing ultrasonic PTS control module (62).
2. Route tieout for ultrasonic backup assist wiring harness (1) with 6-pin white warning indicator connector to left C-pillar to rear along present lead and to rear warning indicator connector (X35/37) and fasten.

3. Route tie-out with 6-pin blue connector to rear SAM control module with fuse and relay module (N10/2) and connect to plug location marked in blue (see magnified section).

   The plug locations are protected against polarity reversal. Fasten tie-out to present leads with two cable straps.

4. Route tie-out for ultrasonic backup assist wiring harness (1) with 8-pin connector to cargo threshold through left side compartment along present leads and fasten.

5. Route tieout for ultrasonic backup assist wiring harness (1) to right side of vehicle below cargo threshold along present leads and fasten with four cable straps.
6. Connect ultrasonic backup assist wiring harnesses (1) and ultrasonic sensors (X35/29).

7. Install rear SAM control module with fuse and relay module (N10/2)
8. Fit fuse 13 (N10/2f13) with a 5A fuse.

   Check whether relay 1 circuit 15R (N10/2kF) is inserted in plug location F, if not, connect relay 1
