Lock/unlock vehicle with interior switch, function - GF80.20-P-3009PP

Function 

The signals of the interior central locking switch (N72/1s6) (up to 23.4.04) or the unlock CL interior switch (N72/1s16) (as of 24.4.04) and the lock CL interior switch (N72/1s26) (as of 24.4.04) are transmitted by the upper control panel control unit (N72/1) to the controller area network bus class B (interior compartment) (CAN-B).

The EIS control unit (N73) reads in these signals and controls the locking or unlocking operation of the central locking (CL) depending on the door status.

The door status is transmitted by the rear SAM control module with fuse and relay module (N10/2) to the EIS control unit (N73) via CAN-B bus

The following situations are possible: 

• Driver or passenger door open:

  Do not operate

• Lock from outside with transmitter key (A8/1):

  Only locking allowed.

• Unlock from outside with transmitter key (A8/1):

  Complete function, when front doors are closed:

When the vehicle is locked with the interior central locking switch (N72/1s6) (up to 23.4.04) and the lock CL interior switch (N72/1s26) (as of 24.4.04), the fuel filler flap always remain unlocked
