Normalization function - GF68.50-P-2007PC

MODEL 203.7 with CODE (413) panoramic sliding roof

Function requirements

Performing normalization

Close the sun blind using the roof system switch (N70s1)  as far as the mechanical limit stop and continue to press the switch.

The overhead control panel control module (N70)  continues to actuate the sun blind motor (M24m1)  and resets the position counter to zero when it detects that the motor is "locked up  " for at least 0.6 seconds.

Before reaching the end stop position a minimum of 3 pulse edges must be detected on each Hall sensor.

Renormalization

Occurs only when normalization takes place with the sun blind completely retracted. When next closed again, however, "renormalization" occurs. This resets the Hall sensor pulse count to zero.

IMPORTANT Normalization cannot be performed via the "convenience opening", "convenience closing" and "automatic opening" functions.
