	Remove/install
	Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between the columns of the lifting platform and position the four support plates below the hoist support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
1	Remove rack-and-pinion steering	Model 203.081 /084 /281 /284	AR46.20-P-0600PW
		Model 203 except 203.081 /084 /281 /284 Model 209.3 /4	AR46.20-P-0600P
2	Mount steering on steering gear housing support	Ensure that the workplace is scrupulously clean when carrying out the work described below and while performing repairs! Before commencing repairs, remove loose dirt from the steering gear without the use of cleaning agents!

3	Unscrew bolts (1)		*BA46.20-P-1010-01F
4	Unscrew bolt (2).		*BA46.20-P-1009-01F
5	Remove retaining plate above pipes (3)
6	Remove pipes (3)
7	Replace sealing rings for pipes (3)	All the sealing rings must be replaced otherwise the pipes (3) may leak.
8	Install in the reverse order
