Removing and installing rear center seat belt - AR91.40-P-0683P

MODEL 203.0 with CODE (287a) Through-loading feature

REMOVINGINSTALLING Removing, installing    
DANGER The spring in the inertia reel can pose an injury  hazard when the tension is released and it uncoils. Never disassemble inertia reels AS91.00-Z-0002-01A
1 Release rear seat cushion and fold forwards    
2 Unscrew screws (10)    
3 Remove seat adapter (9)    
4 Unscrew screw (1) at belt end fitting IMPORTANTInstallation:  Ensure that the belt end fitting engages.
TORQUE SPECIFICATION Screw at belt end fitting
*BA91.40-P-1001-01A 
    SPECIAL TOOL Torx bit set Figure
5 Loosen rear seat backrest cover if necessary IMPORTANT See: ↓  
    Remove and install rear seat backrest cover AR91.18-P-1870P 
6 Unscrew bolt (5)    
7 Unscrew screw (3) at inertia reel (8) TORQUE SPECIFICATION Screw at rear inertia reel *BA91.40-P-1006-01A 
    SPECIAL TOOL Torx bit set Figure
8 Remove inertia reel (8)    
9 Install in the reverse order    
TORQUE SPECIFICATION SEAT BELTS/EMERGENCY TENSIONING RETRACTORS
